Some common reasons for not being able to log in:
- Has your JourneyCare account been disabled/locked/expired ? A quick way to check for this is to see if you can get to your email. IT Service Desk will have to enable your account before you can access Quest
- Has your browser saved the password field and you recently changed your Windows password ? Please clear out the password field and type the new password again.
- Is your Caps lock key on ? Please make sure that the Caps lock button on your keyboard is turned off
